Group Audiovisual Room – Quick Guide

Facilities
Equipped with an LCD TV, DVD player, and seating for 3–8 users. Designed for small group viewing of audiovisual materials.

Usage Rules

For library audiovisual materials only

Users must be current faculty, staff, or students

Minimum of 3 users per reservation

Present a valid University ID at the service desk

Maximum use time: 4 hours per session

Check-in
All three registered users must swipe their cards and complete check-in within 20 minutes of the reserved time.
